Eligibility
Refunds apply only to tuition actually received against a Socket Routehub invoice. Deposits paid to third parties (hotels, flights, software licences) are outside this policy. Complimentary alumni-jam seats have no cash value.
Timeframe for a full refund
You may cancel for a full refund of tuition if we receive written notice at info@socket-routehub.digital at least 14 full days before the program start date stated on the invoice. “Start date” means the first live module or, for Map Reader, the date access credentials are first issued.
Partial refunds
If you cancel between 13 days and 48 hours before start, we refund 50% of tuition. If you cancel after that window, or after the first live hour (or after Map Reader credentials are used), tuition is not refunded, except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise or where we cancel the program.
If you miss individual modules, we do not refund those hours. We will share recordings when faculty recorded the room and when doing so does not expose another student’s product data.
When we cancel
If Socket Routehub cancels a cohort or Route Circle, you receive a full refund of tuition paid for that engagement, or a transfer to a later date if you prefer. We are not responsible for travel booked before we confirm that the cohort is running.
Non-refundable items
Bank transfer fees charged by your bank, VAT already remitted where law does not allow reclaim, printed materials already shipped at your request, and private coaching hours delivered before cancellation are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Write to info@socket-routehub.digital with the invoice number, program name, and whether you want a refund or a transfer. You may also call (02)2410217 and follow with email so we have a written record. We confirm receipt within two working days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the same method used to pay the invoice, usually bank transfer. Allow 10 working days after approval for Thai accounts, and up to 20 working days for international transfers. We do not refund in cash at the office.
Cancellations by the student during a running cohort
You may withdraw at any time. Tuition follows the partial-refund rules above. Access to cohort channels ends on the withdrawal date. Capstone critique already given remains yours to keep.
Exceptions
If serious illness, hospitalisation, or a government travel restriction prevents attendance, send supporting documents. We may offer a full transfer to a later English cohort or a partial refund beyond the standard table, at our discretion and without creating a precedent. Force majeure that stops us teaching (for example a city-wide shutdown of the studio) is treated as a cancellation by us for the affected modules.
