1. Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or accepting an invoice for a program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not enrol. If you enrol on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update counts as acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to paid programs will be sent to the email used on the invoice.
2. Who we are
Socket Routehub is the trading name of the school operating from Street: 157 Ranong 1 Thanon Nakornchaisri; City: Bangkok; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10300; Country: Thailand. Contact: info@socket-routehub.digital or (02)2410217.
3. Programs and informational pricing
Course descriptions and prices on this site are informational. They are not an offer capable of immediate acceptance. A contract for tuition forms only when we issue an invoice and you pay it according to that invoice. This website does not process payments.
We may refuse or postpone a seat if a cohort is full, if we cannot meet an accessibility need we have not yet scoped, or if an applicant’s use of class recordings would break another student’s confidentiality.
4. Student conduct and class recordings
Studio sessions may include consented product recordings. You must not copy, share, or republish those recordings outside the cohort. You must not attempt to identify people who appear in anonymised examples. Breach may end your seat without refund beyond what the Refund Policy already allows.
5. Intellectual property
Site copy, the Friction Atlas taxonomy as taught here, ticket templates, and slide materials remain the intellectual property of Socket Routehub or their licensors. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use templates in your employment or consultancy work. It does not grant a licence to resell the syllabus, record faculty without permission, or offer a competing “Socket Method” course using our marks.
Your capstone atlas remains yours. We may quote anonymised excerpts in teaching only with your written OK.
6. Site content and accuracy
Journal articles are opinion and teaching notes, not professional advice for a specific product. Funnels, legal constraints, and PDPA duties differ by organisation. You remain responsible for how you apply what you learn.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed under Thai law, Socket Routehub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data arising from use of the site or from classroom discussion. Our aggregate liability for a paid program is limited to the tuition actually paid for that program, except where Thai law forbids such a limit (including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud).
We do not warrant uninterrupted access to the site or to remote-seat audio. If a live module fails for technical reasons on our side, we will reschedule that module.
8. Third-party tools
Programs may mention session-replay or analytics vendors. Mentions are not endorsements. You must honour those vendors’ licences and your own organisation’s policies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property or class confidentiality.
